Using Arawak

By accessing or using Arawak, you agree to these Terms of Use and to comply with applicable laws. If you use Arawak on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Arawak may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate.

Accounts and access

You retain ownership of your submitted content, while granting Arawak the rights needed to host, display, distribute, and operate the services you select.

Listings and marketplace information may be visible to the public or shared through authorized channels. Arawak may remove or restrict content that appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Marketplace and data services

Arawak provides technology, data, discovery, and distribution services. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Arawak is not a real estate broker, lender, insurer, appraiser, or legal adviser, and does not guarantee the availability, suitability, or condition of any property or service listed on the platform.

Market metrics, AI-assisted insights, and other data products are provided for general informational purposes. They should be evaluated alongside professional judgment and other appropriate sources before making a financial, property, or business decision.

Intellectual property and third parties

Arawak’s platform, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or a written agreement with us.

Arawak may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Arawak is not responsible for their content or practices.
